Payment, shipping and additional costs

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which the seller is not responsible and which must be borne by the customer. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Such costs may also arise in relation to the money transfer if the delivery is not made to a country outside the European Union, but the customer makes the payment from a country outside the European Union.

When transferring money from abroad, make sure that you cover the money transfer fees yourself and use the "OUR" charge field. If I am charged fees, the goods will only be sent after they have been paid. Alternatively, I will reduce the order by the amount.

We require all Swift transfers to be made with the "OUR" payment instruction in the details of charges field (charges met by remitter). Alternatively transfers can be made via PayPal.

If you use a bank transfer, we will happily wait 5 days for the money. We will then automatically cancel the order as we can no longer reserve the unpaid goods. Thank you for your understanding!

Additional costs (updated 02/25/2016)

Generally, no processing fee is charged. However, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee of EUR 3.00 - EUR 5.00 for assembling beads at the customer's request, depending on the effort involved.

If I am charged fees for the transfer, the goods will only be sent after the amount has been paid. I can optionally reduce the order by the amount. In plain language, this means that you are not making a SEPA transfer, but rather an international transfer, making sure that you bear the money transfer fees yourself and use the charge field "OUR".
