For some time now I have been working on digitizing embroidery files. Just for the fun of it. I am constantly learning new things and that gives me joy, which I want to share with you.
I have tested the embroidery files several times with my Pfaff Creativ 1.5 in VP3 format.
I provide the files in dst, exp, hus, jef, pes, vip, vp3 and xxx format.
All embroidery files in the store have been extensively tested by me and my embroidery fairies and are error free. However, if you encounter any problems, please contact me.
- I recommend using 3 layers of washable stabilizer for FSL (free standing lace).
- Please DO NOT use foil.
- The speed of the embroidery machine should always be drastically reduced.
- Always use the smallest possible hoop, so a good tension of the fleece is best given.
- I recommend using a 90 topstitch needle and embroidering at a moderate speed.
- It is also advantageous NOT to embroider several elements in one large frame, but always individually in the smallest possible frame.
TIP: Don't throw away any leftover fleece. Put strips left over from other lacework between 2 layers, so you have your 3 layers. This is money and material saving.
After embroidering, rinse the stabilizer under lukewarm running water and lay your pieces flat to dry. Under no circumstances should you stretch or tug your embroidery pieces while wet. You are welcome to steam iron them under a dish towel when they are dry. All products can be downloaded immediately after payment.
