I recommend cotton woven fabric, not stretchy.
Reinforce with 1 layer of thin cut fleece. Clamp both together.
Size 150 is available in 2 versions. 1 for 60 weight yarn and 1 for 40 weight yarn. The latter is thinner.
Needle 75 gold needle from Schmetz.
I have also reinforced the molleton with a layer of cutting fleece.
